Yes. Fumoffu was the second season, and TSR was the third. However, Fumoffu was composed entirely of side stories with no main story stuff at all, so I can see why someone would refer to TSR as season 2 - especially since it's The Second Raid. However, TSR is definitely the third FMP series made, and we're all waiting for the 4th. |

There has been absolutely no announcement of a 4th anime series, and there likely will not be for awhile (at least until Nichijou winds down). Although maybe they'll choose someone else besides KyoAni this time. So, no. There have not been any updates.
