Despite the similarity in names, this series looks like a different adaptation of the Edogawa novels from that seen in Ranpo Kitan.
Not sure how it will turn out but will keep an eye for it when it finally airs. |

Wow, Gackt was quite the surprise. He sounds as good as ever though.
Loved that OST, but I think i'll need some time to adapt to the new faces of Edogawa Rampo's detectives after Ranpo Kitan.

He was pretty cool in Sket Dance, looking forward to hear him in a darker setup/antagonist role, should fit well with his voice tone.

The official website also has sketches by Peach-Pit on each character's section, if anyone is interested in seeing those.
I've heard of Gackt before, but I never actually listened to any of his songs. The opening sounds pretty good. |
