Is there a legal precedent for bands caring about song titles used as character names? There are several band and song names, which are taken from movies like Black Sabbath, Alphaville, Duran Duran (which even has a song titled Electric Barbarella) and The Wicker Man (an Iron Maiden and a Bruce Dickinson song) and some bands even take their names from other bands' song or album titles like Masters of Reality (named after Black Sabbath's Master of Reality).

I don't understand the obligation for ANN to use a censored name from a completely different adaptation of Part 4 in this article. What's the deal? It's not like this movie has been licensed, yet, and even if it was the name might be something completely different. This is no different from a publication using a fan name for a movie that hasn't even been localized.
