Which shouldn't be surprising, as the Rayearth OVA is owned by separate companies and Discotek never had the license for it.

I think this is also the first time Sherlock Hound is being streamed subbed as YouTube only has the dub and Crunchyroll had it dub only back when they had it. I really like that dub but I'm curious to check out the sub.

Wasn’t the OVA licensed by Manga Entertainment back in 2000?
