I was really expecting someone like Kaito Ishikawa for Rip, but Yuki Kaji is a great surprise!

Ayumu Murase and Ikumi Hasegawa check out but Yuki Kaji as Rip!? Wow. And after he just finished with Eren!

To be fair, Fan is basically a straight romanization of the katakana used for his name.

But yeah, the official English spelling is Feng.
