Apparently in the Kanto region the midnights showings and the first day showings are all completely sold out......

Looking forward to see the opening weekend box office.

so it means Conan became more successful or what? all i remember about this time frame, is that it is used when the work has gore and stuff, to avoid making children see it.

Conan has always been immensely successful in Japan.

My guess about the midnight showings is that Kaito Kid sends an advance notice about his arrival, which will happen sometime between midnight and 2:00 AM.

So the people watching the midnight screening could have Kaito Kid appear in the film at the exact time mentioned in his notice. Again, this is just my guess, but it'd be really cool if the film makers really did pull that off. Very Happy
