While there are some excellent hard rock songs on the OST, Brynhildr in the Darkness Ver. Ejected is a great OP already. Why change it fr 3 episodes??? Odd.

Yeah I also find it very odd that they're changing it with so few episodes left. Never heard of this band (odd name) but I rather liked that song.

Bugger. The Brynhildr OP is probably my favourite this season.

BTW although I know nothing about the band, I'm guessing that the name is referring to the book and/or movie.

I also find it strange... Well, the current op is pretty bland anyways, I find. I always skip it.

You didn't heard Kaiji second season opening or first HunterxHunter (2011) ending? This guys surely rocks in the animation long before this.

I wondered if it is a VAP band and yep, VAP band. VAP produces Brynhildr so... welcome to your new job promoting a band's album.

Absouletly hate this new song (I loathe metal, so...). The original opening is already perfect. Oh well...

Hm I liked the song they made for Hunter x Hunter but this one was kind of so-so with me honestly.Oh well I guess I can adjust given that it is only for a little bit of time.I'm quite curious how they will animate the OP though.

Sure - but I had no idea who the band was. I don't tend to look up the bands/singers for songs I do like, and I haven't been overly impressed by any of the Hunter x Hunter EDs.

Brynhildr in the Darkness is my favorite anime. I'm quite surprised that Kenichi Imaizumi and the anime producer team want to spend much more money just to pay Fear, and Loathing in Las Vegas for their bad hard rock music.

Well that's very disappointing. Replacing a good opening with this thing is sure to please most fans of the series! What a lovely surprise!

I was a little skeptic about the First Opening as a dubstep but I grew to like it very much after just listening to it twice. But this...I'm sorry no matter how long I'd listen to this I really don't like it.

First OP's meldoy gave it a more action packed feel to it. The new opening now make it feel way too gloomy and dark. Gokukoku is mildly gloomy and dark but this new OP won't even fit for any horror anime/game/manga even Corpse Party.

Yeah, I registered here just to comment on this really, but I have to say, am I the only one here who actually likes this band and this song? I understand that it may not fit as an opening song for this series in particular, but in my opinion, this song is intense.

I agree that the song works well with the series, although it is odd that they decided to change the song so late into the series, unless they are planning for more episodes than originally indicated. Usually, when this kind of thing happens, something happened contractually, or something happened behind the scenes that may have affected the desire of the animation companies and/or their sponsors to want to associate with the song creator and/or their label. This happened years ago with L'Arc en Ciel and one of their openings.

I do like Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas and this song. Given the graphic nature of the series, metal should work quite well here. Both dubstep and metal are more or less genres that tend to do deconstructions of reality through music, which is somewhat of a theme in this series.
