I wonder when they gonna give us some more details about the 2nd season perhaps at end of movie credits or so o,o would surely be nice if they do that.

I was (well, still am) hoping that movie and the second season would save the catastrophe that was the first season, but the fact they couldn't even think of a title isn't a good sign I suppose QQ

Since they mentioned Kai Ni, Mutsuki is also in Kai Ni form along with Fubuki and Yuudachi who are already Kai Ni in season 1.

Nah, Sumire is not doing really much - she's voicing just three characters that surely appear in the movie - Fubuki, Soryuu and Hiryuu. Half of the cast will be Nao Toyama (at least 7 for sure, with Choukai appeared), Ayane Sakura (at least 5, not sure about Sendai-class appearance on the movie) and Yuka Otsubo (with Furutaka and Kako). Also there is Aya Suzaki with DD6, but we don't know how much role there will be for them in the movie.
