Notes:
The initial release came in a while plastic "snapper" VHS case, with no barcode or ISBN on the back.
Later printings redesign the box to match volumes 2 and 3, adding the ISBN and barcode.
Even later printings keep the redesign, but switch to a cardboard sleeve instead of the "snapper" case.
