Allison to Lillia TV Series Teaser Video Streamed

The anime retail chain and distributor Animate is streaming a teaser promotional video for the Allison to Lillia television anime series in narrowband and broadband bandwidths. The animation Studio Madhouse will adapt the Allison and Lillia and Treize light novel series from Keiichi Sigsawa, the author of Kino's Journey. Both light novel series, which take place in a war-ravaged alternate world similar to our 1930s, have already been adapted as manga by their publisher MediaWorks and its Dengeki imprint. The teaser video, which is mostly composed of promotional images for the light novels, was shown during last month's Dengeki 15th Anniversary event. NHK's BS2 satellite channel is planning to premiere the series in April of 2008.
