Aniplex of America Announces WWW.WAGNARIA!! Product Release Details

SANTA MONICA, CA (May 20, 2017) – At their industry panel at Anime Central in Rosemont, Illinois, Aniplex of America announced that they will be releasing WWW.WAGNARIA!! on Blu-ray this summer. WWW.WAGNARIA!! was originally simulcast on Crunchyroll and streamed on DAISUKI in 2016. Pre-orders will start on May 22nd with Volume 1 scheduled to be released on July 18th and Volume 2 on October 17, 2017.

WWW.WAGNARIA!! is adapted from the widely popular webcomic “Web-ban Working!!” by Karino Takatsu, who is also the creator of the manga series WORKING!!. The series centers around a group of individuals with eccentric personalities working at a restaurant and boasts an impressive cast including Yuuichi Nakamura (The irregular at magic high school, DURARARA!!, Oreimo) as Daisuke Higashida, Haruka Tomatsu (Sword Art Online, Anohana, MAGI) as Hana Miyakoshi, Kouki Uchiyama (NISEKOI, Charlotte, The Anthem of the Heart) as Masahiro Adachi, and Sora Amamiya (ALDNOAH.ZERO, The Anthem of the Heart, Plastic Memories) as Shiho Kamakura.

An uproarious comedy, WWW.WAGNARIA!! will make your belly ache from laughing – and not just because the food on the show looks so delicious!

Daisuke Higashida is an intelligent high school student who starts working part-time at a family restaurant due to financial difficulties at home. Between a strong-willed shift manager who is hopeless when it comes to cooking and the rest of the staff consisting of a peculiar girl with a sixth sense, a wealthy heiress with a seemingly endless supply of money at her disposal, and a dimwitted manager in charge of the hiring, it seems this restaurant doesn't have a single normal person working there!
