Please let this be true! A second season would be awesome.

Doubt it. This hidden "second season" message seems to be a trend.

It's incredible how popular Osomatsu-san has gotten, I'm glad that it got all of this attention honestly

I really doubt this whole hidden message stuff, but I wouldn't put it past the staff either in this particular case.

As a fan, I'd love to see more, and I agree there's no way they're gonna stop trying to cash in on the franchise at this point, but since there's still the manga, mobile apps (and apparently some sort of otome game?) and more drama cds to come among other things, there's really no need to rush another anime season either.

And it's Osomatsu, people won't just forget about it.

I have no doubts that there will be some sort of continuation whether it be a second season or a movie somewhere down the line, but people are probably trying to read between the lines. ^^; I really wouldn't put it past the staff to troll the audience into thinking there's some kind of hidden message when there isn't.

I already assumed they'd continue with Osomatsu-san. I mean, with those sales figures, how could they not?

Don't get my hopes up, Osomatsu-san staff! Ya gotta make more episodes, right? It doesn't look like it's all that hard to come up with plots---you just throw random ideas together and then let the seiyuu riff on their characters, right? Wink

(Just kidding--coming up with the kind of randomness in Osomatsu-san actually takes unique talent and comedic skill! So, uh, keep it up!)

We now live in a world without Osomatsu-san, so hopefully this problem will be fixed.

At least the hype will be back up again once a sequel is confirmed.
