I need some mecha in my life - well weekly at least since Thunderbolt still has one episode left- so I'll take it. The director did some of 8-Bit's best stuff (aside from Walkure Romanze) and the series composer is experienced and has some really good work.

So where is the poster that was telling me how ALL of CR'a new titles were worldwide, except Asia? Lol

Anyway, this is probably a Funimation acquisition, judging by the territories. I could definitely see them doing a simulcast dub for it.

Also what the hell has happened to Funimation? they have practically had no real good show acquisitions anymore, if this keeps going, they are going to go under.

Lol what do you mean no real good acquisition? Last season they got both Attack on Titan and My Hero Academia which are this year 2 biggest show. They also got Dragon ball super not long ago and they got Tsukigakirei which was one of last season best show. Also Your Name. FUNimation is probably the anime company in the best and most secure position right now.

On subject! Nice! Finally somme good news on the acquisition front. This does look like a Funimation show and thus a broadcast dub is certain. I'm happy. This was one of my anticipated shows.

Funimation survived for years on little more than DBZ. They will be fine. Not to mention, they have One Piece, Attack on Titan, and a number of other major titles. Besides, there are still plenty of shows left this season without announced homes.

And since these shows haven't even aired, isn't it a bit early to decide which ones are "real good"? I mean Sagrada Reset had a lot of hype and ended up being pretty boring.

I mean to add to what everyone else above said Funimation also had 16 or 17 broadcast dubs for Spring. Hopefully that much or more this season. As much as i am pissed that they werent able to get a couple of the amazon exclusives im pretty sure they will announce around 20 shows for this seasons simuldub lineup

The anime I was really looking forward to the most! Summer season saved! Screw you Anime Strike xD

Now only if CR gets that soccer anime I will be set since that is the other show that has been very high on my watch list.

^Given Strike has already announced their full summer lineup, which doesn't include Aoyama-kun, I think it is safe to say CR has it, which they will probably announce closer to air date.

Edit: CR just announced it
