LOL Wow...JUST WOW

As i keep telling people, we are definitely living in interesting times for these type of shows get more sequel announcements. As this really seemed like a source material seller as some of the older fans of anime would tell you.

Wasnt a big fan but this still gives me hope for other shows to get more anime and some of them already have. keep em coming.

Seconded. Then again, Funimation not only dubbed it, but made a special edition Blu-Ray, so apparently somebody likes this.

I would throw in Isekai Cheat Magician in there, but given the streaming rankings at the time it aired, I think that's basically a foregone conclusion.

And thats why these sequels really shouldn't suprise anyone besides "oh, it's finally happened". Quality aside, people watch them, they're basically the police procedural of American TV, not exactly creatively rich but plenty of people enjoy just tuning in and turning off their brains for abit.

Now if only we could balance this out with a Grimgar sequel?

The English release had been selling more than the Japanese release. These days, overseas revenue play a huge role in whether a series will get more anime or not.

ANN never announced it.

Kind of wondering if the season will get to spoiler[the Frame Gears. The giant robots in the isekai setting. They’re nice looking designs too.]

Hell yeah! I know a lot of people didn't like it but I loved how stupidly funny it was. Looking forward to season 2.
