''attempted forcible indecency'' Basically he tried to sexual assault(rape) someone, don't even try to sugar coat it.
This is going to cause a lot of problems, hope the victim is alright.

Yeah, I have to agree, we should call it for what it is.

I was referring to the Japanese who used that term of them saying it, they should just outright and say what it really it is, we know what it was.

What the hell is "attempted forcible indecency"? Analyzing the words it seems to mean trying to force someone into doing something indecent. Now, if only we had a word for that.....

Im no expert in the japanese legal system, but theres a whole bunch of various charges in the United States for different types of sexual assault. Rape in New York is a sexual assault, but its different from forcible touching, which is also a sexual assault but a lesser charge.

No, no one knows save the police. It's likely what most people think, but I'd refrain jumping to conclusions without any evidence to back it up. I don't have any sympathy for the guy (and certainly would slap him to say the least) but the law is an entire different matter.

That's crazy! I have the opening song for Uzaki-chan 2 downloaded on my phone and listen to it several times a day. It's my favorite opening of the season! Shame.

If you read the entire ANN article it explains:
Quote: | NHK reported that Tanaka had allegedly uttered obscene words at a teenage girl and forcibly took her hand at a train station's bicycle parking area in Tokyo's Meguro ward in August.
According to police, the girl reported the incident at a nearby neighborhood police outpost. Police then reportedly found footage from the station's security camera of a person following the girl. |
