Even SCOTUS would probably tell him to shut up and go away. They can reject hearings and have it stay at the previous court below them and this one isn’t one they’d mostly find at all appealing. It won’t advance their agenda and it’s basically one guy throwing a huge temper tantrum that he lost because he was totally incompetent.

Grift Mignogna’s gotta grift! If he keeps this up, he’s going to need another GoFundMe by his creepy fans, because he’s going to owe even more money to Rial, Marchi, and Funimation.

People who still continue to support him at this point strike me as less in it for him and more in it for themselves, AKA, desperately trying to look for even a scrap of validation for their personal masculocentric overcompensating deep-seated rage against women.

The headache that never ends, what an utter joke of a human being.

If anyone wants a good laugh here he is getting booted from a private parking lot in Nebraska for trying to sign autographs - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QCu2c14tvfw for a bunch of fools that paid to bring him there only for every place to kick him out or outright bar him.

He's nothing if not persistent. It's almost admirable.

This hurts him way more than it hurts anyone else, so why even do it. Does he get talked into it by his scumbag lawyer or is he naive to think it's going to work. If he had just apologised and then left it alone, he might have even been able to find proper work again, Chris Niosi has after all(Yes I know it was for different reasons).

From the beginning there have been plenty of people who side with him simply as a quick and easy way to get views on YouTube.

If he more self-control, I don't think he would have been through this. Now, IF there was a series of false claims against him and he was persistent at penalizing those accusers, I could see the constant attempt at appeals.

This is his way of fighting for himself, and his existence.

You, me, or anyone else can say whatever we want, but if we were in the same situation, no matter how things looked pointless, or desperate, and others saw the end of the road for us, it is in our human nature not to give up until the very end.

He may doing it the wrong way, and even end up making it all even worse, but from his point of view this is the best way to survive, so to speak.

- btw, very, very few people in the world actually regret their past crimes, and misconducts

If, at the beginning of all this, he had apologized, put out a statement that he was going to improve himself, and disappear from the public for a few months, he would have been fine. I'm not trying to excuse his actions. Funimation probably still would have cut ties. But he could have found work at other dub studios. Instead, he decided to torpedo his career with this stupid crusade.

Jeez, he don't know when to quit. Yet by now, he's probably on the red with finances so he's desperate for money. He'll be in debt with all these appeals so he needs to stop and take his punches like a man- oh wait a minute. He's no man. A brat throwing a tantrum is more like it.

A real roundabout way to put more money into Monica Rial's purse Vic Laughing
He should've given up after the first case and either put his head down and apologised in order to maybe get a chance with a different dubbing company in a few years or noticed the discourse around the court case and pivoted into being a right-leaning reactionary youtuber to make some cash Laughing
Seriously what the fudge is his endgame here? Confused
