I hate how Spice and Wolf hogged all the attention on this site, when some of that attention could have been geared toward this.

Well as someone who loves masked anime girls and hasn't seen Spice and Wolf, I guarantee that all my excitement between the two is directed towards SHY. Definitely watching this one in the fall.

Then... why did you bring it up in a thread about a completely unrelated show, and not say anything at all about the show in question? Something about this anime feels overly familiar, like it's a moe-fied disney-pixar concept or something. Or maybe it's because making the official representative of Japan a comically socially-anxious girl with the superhero title "Shy" is a bit too on-the-nose. Although, in the current climate, it earns a lot of points just for not being another isekai harem. |
