Now when people ask where to start with Fate...the response, "read the VN" isn't an encouragement of criminality!
Also my assumption here is that the english version just means the text will be translated? The audio won't be dubbed? Unless someone has heard differently? |

VNs have way too much voice acting and are too niche to be dubbed. There's no confirmation, but it's extremely unlikely. |

Hooray! Been way too long, but it's finally officially coming west!
There are exceptions, notably Re:Zero: The Prophecy of the Throne, Uchikoshi ones like Zero Escape, and Anonymous;Code, but yeah I probably wouldn't expect one for this. |

This would have been exciting back in the days when Hirameki was still alive and kicking. But 24 years later and this feels like a nothing burger.
The people that wanted to play the VN at this point have. Also going by memory Realta Nua changed more then just the deletion of H scenes.. |

Can't believe it's finally happening.
Probably best to stay away from FSN fan communities when it actually comes out though. I've already seen some people trying to disparage the news as pointless on the ground that it will be inferior to the current fan patch (which, to be fair, does have features unlikely to be included in this remaster), and that's before we've even gotten a look at the new translation. For the moment however, the negative voices are largely drowned out by people excited to finally have an official release they can point people to, and people joking that there's going to be a day 1 mod to change Altria back to Artoria. |
