Quite similar, but without the male protagonist into Hina dolls. He's more into the camera side of things.

Not really, Dress Up Darling focused on the craft of cosplay. 2.5 Dimensional Seduction, at in the 1st volume, was ecchi shenanigans with a cosplay flavor.

The two are rather different in terms of atmosphere
