Hopefully it's as fanservicy as the last one. It should be a law that all anime have fanservice OVAs.

Not off of you, they don't. And if you want it, why not just import it? You care enough to complain a company isn't selling outside of its borders, but not enough to fork over the cash needed?

Because I rather have a legitimate English translation than support the scanlators and fansubbers?
