A lot of familiar faces in this one..

Now I am curious to see what roles they will play in the upcoming season. Theme song seems good enough in this CM.

I like the theme song for sure, but man I can't wait to see bad the story is screwed over and if it ends in a kill em all.

the 'deaths' at the end of the series were largely ambitious so it doesn't really surprise me

I assume you mean ambiguous and the deaths looked pretty non ambiguous to me with headshots to both. It is possible to survive a bullet in the head but I'm still not convinced that we are just not seeing flashback scenes, but seeing the princess in what seems to be a motorized wheelchair suggests not. Both or either of them being alive would be major plot suckage IMHO.

Yeah, the producer is just trolling with us, creating a fake cliffhanger to hype people. But instead it's just getting annoying.

@ScruffyKiwi

well that was a very embarrassing autocorrect and spoiler[ after rewatching the final scene what you pointed out was even more embarrassing. The show reminded me so much of code geass i somehow mixed them up and thought the last scene was a stand off with bullets fired off screen
but i too would prefer it if inaho stayed dead cause quite frankly he was too motorized for me to like but somehow theyll find a way to revive him. though if he gains a heart, replaces half his body with cyborg enhancements and a aldnoah canceller in his eye then he becomes an instant favorite character in my book Anime hyper
]

although where is this motorized wheelchair scene i didn't see it

We saw them at bad angles and it didn't actually show where the bullets entered into the cranium.
