posted on by Crystalyn Hodgkins

Pony Canyon began streaming a trailer on Saturday for the second part of the Attack on Titan Season 3 television anime, which reveals that the anime will debut in Japan on the NHK General channel on April 28 at 24:10 (effectively April 29 at 12:10 a.m.). The video is the same video that Funimation streamed earlier this month.

The anime will stream on FunimationNow this spring.

The first television anime of Hajime Isayama's Attack on Titan manga premiered in April 2013, and the second season premiered in April 2017. The first part of the third season premiered last July.

Funimation has acquired the home entertainment, video on demand, and broadcast rights of the series in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. Crunchyroll, Funimation, and Hulu streamed the first part of the third season as it aired, and Funimation streamed an English dub. Adult Swim's Toonami block aired the series beginning last August.

Returning staff members at Wit Studio include: chief director Tetsuro Araki, director Masashi Koizuka, script supervisor Yasuko Kobayashi, character designer Kyoji Asano, assistant director Hiroyuki Tanaka, chief animation directors Kyoji Asano and Satoshi Kadowaki, and composer Hiroyuki Sawano, among others.

Update: The official website for the anime is listing the GyaO! streaming schedule for the anime franchise, which lists that the second half of the third season will air for a total of 10 episodes (episodes 50-59). Source: Attack on Titan anime's website. Thanks, shi666san and SkyLETV34.
