Animax Asia Airs Gatchaman Crowds insight Anime Starting on December 26

Southeast Asian anime channel Animax Asia began streaming a video last Friday, revealing that it will air the Gatchaman Crowds insight anime starting on December 26. The channel will air two episodes every Monday and Tuesday at 9:00 p.m. in Jakarta and Bangkok, and 10:00 p.m. in Singapore and the Philippines.
The story is set in Japan in the early summer of 2015. 180,000 people live in Tachikawa City, the "second metropolis" of the Tokyo area. Among them are "Gatchaman" — warriors who fight in special reinforced suits powered by "NOTE," the manifestation of special spiritual powers in living beings. A council has scouted a group of individuals with latent powers to protect Earth from alien criminals. In recent years, the council has assigned Gatchaman warriors to deal with the mysterious entity known as "MESS."
The anime is the sequel of the Gatchaman Crowds anime, and it premiered in Japan in July 2015. The Gatchaman Crowds anime premiered in Japan in July 2013. Animax Asia aired the first series in December 2014.
