SuBLime Licenses Love in Limbo, Candy Color Paradox Manga

Both manga to get print, digital releases

Viz Media's boys' love manga imprint SuBLime announced on Wednesday that it has licensed Haji's Love in Limbo (Hengoku no Calendula) and Isaku Natsume's Candy Color Paradox (Ameiro Paradox) manga. Both will get print and digital releases.

The first volume of Love in Limbo is slated for May 14, 2019.

Haji launched the manga in Frontier Works' Daria magazine in June 2015, and ended it with the 10th chapter in October 2017. The second compiled volume shipped on February 22 in Japan.

In the story, Kalen wakes up in limbo with no memories except having been a soldier in life. Kalen begins spending time with Makoto, a manager in this world of the dead, and acts as a shinigami (god of death) in order to atone for his sins. The two grow closer, but Makoto is a clay doll who will one day fade away.

The first volume of Candy Color Paradox is slated for March 15, 2019.

The ongoing manga has appeared in Shinshokan's Dear+ and Cheri+ magazines. The fourth compiled volume shipped in October 2017.

The manga follows reporter Onoe, who teams with photographer Kabuki on an assignment. Kabuki will stop at nothing to get a scoop, but Onoe has a strong sense of justice so their worldviews collide. But as they chase the story their feelings for each other grow.
