1 of 2 Remaining Members in SpecialThanks Band Leaves

The official website for the band SpecialThanks announced on Thursday that bassist Hiromu (left in image below) graduated from the band in December. The only remaining major member of the band is vocalist and guitarist Misaki (center in image).
In a message on the website, Hiromu commented that he may or may not continue to perform with bands in the future, but he thanked fans for their support. On Twitter, Hiromu said there were no fights or disagreements in artistic vision, but he did not provide a reason for his departure.
The group formed in 2005, although not with all the same members. Hiromu has been with the band since October 2010. The group performed the opening theme song "LOVE GOOD TIME" for the 2014 anime Wolf Girl & Black Prince.
Guitarist Heisuke, who had been with the band for three years, left in 2015. Chikai took over as guitarist until August 2018, and the band is now recruiting a new guitarist. Drummer Junpei left the band 2016 and the band has cycled through support members with Misaki and Hiromu at the center.
