Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space - Update to Make the Game Player-Friendly

TOKYO – Aug. 15, 2023 – Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space (available on Steam, App Store, and Google Play), the popular JRPG with over 15 million downloads worldwide, today launches Ver 3.1.700 update, featuring the Catch-up Campaign to support players' progress in Main Story and a user survey with the aim of improving the service, which offers a 10 free encounters ticket "Destiny Token."

Premaya's Another Style (CV: Luci Fish) arrives, and character quests are added to the Replay Story feature with the first of several planned content re-additions, allowing players to re-read character quests for Mariel, Anabel, and others.

◆Catch-up Campaign
The Catch-up Campaign is designed to make it easier for players to play Another Eden, and this time, several campaigns to support progress in the Main Story are being launched, with additional campaigns to be launched in the future.

■Main Story Part 3 Progress Campaign
The drop amount of Bearings, an item needed to progress through Main Story Part 3 Volume 1, is increased x1.5 for all difficulties, making it much smoother to progress through Main Story Part 3 Volume 1 for players looking to get ready for future Main Story updates.

■Grasta Awakening Campaign
Activating and awakening a large number of Grastas at once for characters to draw out may sometimes result in a shortage of Grasta Pieces, Grasta Crystals, and Git, but these costs are reduced by 50% for a limited time only.
*This campaign does not apply to Special-type Grastas or all types of Jadeites.

■Main Story Supply Drop 1

①Distribution of Grastas and related items
By logging in, Power of Pain Grastas (1 per weapon type), HP Restore Grastas (1 per weapon type), Proficiency Debuff Resistance Grastas (6 total) that reinforce characters, and a set of Fragments, Crystals, and Jadeites (Attack/Life/Support) that are required for Activation and Awakening of Grastas will be distributed. With the Grasta Awakening Campaign running, it's the perfect time to use them.
*You must progress to Main Story Part 2 to use Grastas.

②Distribution of story progress support badges
Enemy Encounter- Badges and Obtained Git+ Badges will be distributed, which can be equipped to characters to facilitate story progression. The Enemy Encounter- Badge will reduce enemy encounter frequency in the field, allowing players to progress the story more smoothly, and the Obtained Git+ Badge will increase the amount of Git earned, allowing players to make better use of Grastas.

The above campaigns will run from the August 15 update until the Global Version catches up with the Japan Version's update schedule. A definite end date will be announced separately in-game at a later date.

◆User Survey
In order to hear from all of the players on the Global Version, a user survey will be conducted in-game from the August 15 update until August 29, 2023 at 14:59 (UTC). Every player who responds to the survey will receive a 10-Encounter ticket "Destiny Token," planned to be distributed in early September.

◆Encounters
In this update, Another Style Devotroid, Premaya's Another Style arrives.

■Encounters that will be held from the August 15 update through September 14, 2023 at 14:59 (UTC) are as follows.

・Fateful Encounter Another Style Devotroid (Paid Chronos Stones only, 3 times max)

・Fateful Encounter Earth Force Edition (Paid Chronos Stones only, 3 times max)
In the 10th Encounter, a 5★ class character is guaranteed to appear. Each of the 5 featured characters has an appearance rate of 10%.

・Fateful Encounter Main Story Special Edition (Paid Chronos Stones only, 3 times max)
In the 10th Encounter, one of the featured 5★ class characters is guaranteed to appear.

・Re-encounter: Ally Encounter Minalca (Tetra)
Minalca, from Main Story Part 3, appears in her 5★ class Nemesis at an encounter rate of 1%.

■The Encounter that will be held from the August 15 update through August 29, 2023 at 14:59 (UTC) is as follows.

・Encounter The Ways We Walked (3 times max)
Only characters whose character quests were added to the Replay Story feature in round 1 are encounterable as 5★ classes.

◆Manifestation
New weapon for Ruina's Another Style (Sky Sprite) is added in the Manifestation: Weapon Discovery feature.

◆Round 1 of character quests in the Replay Story feature
A new Bard is visiting the basement of Time's Forgotten Stop, and players can access the replay of character quests by talking to the new Bard. In this update, players can re-read the character quests for the following characters:
Miyu, Felmina, Bertrand, Anabel, Siora, Breeno, Nero, Radias, Bria, Lokido, Mariel, Yipha, Elga, Benedict, Darunis, Nomar, May, Victor, Denny, Laclair, and Miranda
Character quests other than those listed above will be added to the Replay Story feature sequentially in future updates.
*Uncleared character quests will not be displayed.
*Chapter 13 of the Main Story must be cleared.
*The app must be updated to Ver 3.1.700.
