Don't bother. The last one really undermines what made the anime excellent. I was happy when Shinbo said the films were a separate universe from the tv anime, because that meant I could ignore them.
Anyway, I love the snow Kyubey. <3

Except the only applies to the first 2 films. Rebellion is quoted as being the direct sequel.
