What's the term for "healing anime"? That's what I've been using it for when all of the awfulness of the world has me feeling awful. Sad Crying or Very sad Anime cry

"Iyashikei"

Because I so enjoyed the anime, I purchased the twelve-volume set and I've now worked my way to the fourth volume. The first story (Halkara's mushrooms causing Azusa Aizawa to shrink to a pint-sized kid) has me laughing in a way that I haven't in far, far too long! Smile Very Happy Laughing Mr. Green

Definitely iyashikei material.

Haven't watched it, but coming from someone who apparently received a bunch of massive advantages and is practically immortal, doesn't that kinda sound like if you had a friend who inherited millions telling you to relax and not work so much and maybe take a 2 months vacation to Hawaii.

Though this is a very old post, one interesting twist with this series is that Azusa doesn't really get any huge cheats with her reincarnation. When you look at how young Eno still looks, you'd realize that the Immortality cheat probably isn't that hard to get honestly when you are a witch.

Azusa's a little more like Maple in that she bumped into a winning strategy for the world she was reincarnated in rather than being given huge gifts.
