For the License rescue section I would choose:
GaoGaiGar(maybe then someone can actually dub the whole thing), Zoids Series(so we could get a series boxset of Zero, Fuzors, and actually get Genesis licensed), and Medabots(still waiting for Season 2 Shout Factory).

I went with Paranoia Agent despite the fact that I already own it because it's a disgrace that Kon's work is being forgotten.

I chose Kamichu! I remember it being such a sweet story and I was very sad I wasn't able to collect all of the DVDs before they disappeared. If they were all even released. I can't even remember at this point.
Also, someone put down Scrapped Princess and Wolf's Rain, but I bought their new box sets from Rightstuf and know they're still available. Unless they're thinking specifically to their region?

It's not an anime, but I added "The Aria manga" as an option because I honestly want to buy the rest of it in English, seeing as the original license rescue didn't exactly work out. Somehow.

I had to go with Evangelion for the new poll, because it's been too damn long and I want to legally own it finally. Paranoia Agent and Hajime no Ippo are very close seconds though, it's a shame they aren't licensed over here. Although I don't know why Nichijou is on the list as an option, considering that it has been licensed.

Yeah I still have the UK DVD release (with its slight cut), but it needs to be available widely.
While I'm with Northlander on the Aria manga, I suspect after two failed attempts a third attempt would be about as likely as someone licensing "Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou". But we can dream, right?

I'd have picked Paranoia Agent, but went with AWOL because somehow, unlike all the other expired U.S. anime licenses out there, it's nowhere online, and I feel like that needs to change, even if the series is far from deserving of it.

It isn't the only licensed title on the list (e.g., Higurashi no Naku Koro ni , Scrapped Princess, Wolf's Rain, just to mention titles available on both home video and via streaming). I see two possibilities for this:
1. People that aren't in countries where these have been licensed.
2. People that aren't aware this titles have already been licensed.
For #1, probably any anime title in existence isn't going to be available everywhere (at least as a home video release).

I got a flu shot this week and and got sick? That's not how it's supposed to work, right? |
Assuming you (or any other reader) doesn't know better, vaccinations take 2 or 3 weeks after injection to become effective. If you want to be immune now, you need to have been vaccinated a month ago.

That and "getting sick" is wonderfully non-specific. The flu vaccine helps to prevent you from getting the flu (the real thing) not "getting sick". I say "the real thing" because most of what people call "the flu" isn't, rather it's a some kind of cold or possibly a minor case of food poisoning.
Anyhow, back on topic... With Uchuu Senkan Yamato 2199 legally streaming, the one unlicensed series I wanted has been licensed.

A sore loser is a sore loser. Those types can either be amusing or exasperating, depending on where their motivation takes them. Beerus definitely falls into the amusing camp and is also my favorite Super character on so many levels.
As for the poll, I would love Rave Master to get license rescued; maybe that way they can bring the whole cast back and redub it without all the childish editing they made to the script.

Hikaru no Go vs Slam Dunk is a rough choice but assuming the subtitles would actually be good, I have to go with Hikaru in the end.

I think Jerid Messa from Zeta Gundam was this constantly too. Well compounded with the death of a girlfriend literally a very sore loser who keeps going after Kamille Bidan til he gets dead at the end of the show.

As far as series go my top 3 would be Urusei Yatsura, Paranoia Agent and Paradise Kiss.
But truthfully the one I'm desperate to see rescued is Windaria; such a beautiful movie and the only way to see it, at least legally, is through Harmony Gold's bowdlerized version. Speaking of which, do they even still own it? Does anyone know what the situation with this license is?
Also I'd love to see a NA release of Mai Mai Miracle. Why on earth hasn't that happened already?

Who added Gosick? It currently has a release out now after being rescued last year.
